General notice
Consulting and owner-side management
FAR Group, LLC provides residential construction consulting, contractor evaluation, problem-solving, coordination, site observations, and owner-side project-management services. The exact scope and authority are defined in a written agreement for each engagement.
Third-party contracts
Clients select, contract with, and pay contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, inspectors, and other project providers directly. FAR Group does not guarantee or warrant third-party work, pricing, schedules, or performance.
Professional boundaries
FAR Group does not provide architectural, engineering, legal, accounting, brokerage, securities, financing, or investment advisory services. Licensed professionals are engaged directly by the client when those services are required.
Site observations
Site observations are limited to visible conditions at the time of the visit. They do not replace municipal inspections, trade inspections, destructive testing, or professional certification and do not guarantee concealed work or code compliance.
No relationship through website use
Viewing this website, submitting an inquiry, or participating in an initial fit call does not create a consulting relationship. FAR Group accepts an engagement only through a written agreement signed by the client and FAR Group.
